HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash pepper and salt

Brown meat and onion, drain and set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat and cheese, pepper and salt. Turn into pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
