HAM ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. zucchini
2 fresh bay leaves
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (Spanish style)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 slice ham, 1/2" thick

Cut unpeeled zucchini in lengthwise halves and cook in boiling water until tender. Lay bay leaves in a shallow baking dish. Over this arrange zucchini halves; cut ham in strips, one for each half; top with onions and sauce. Cook 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
