SALMON MOUSSE 
1 (7 oz.) can salmon
1 tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 pt. heavy cream (whip with a pinch of salt)

Break up salmon in mixing bowl. Soak gelatin in 1 tbsp. cold water, then place dish in a pan of boiling water until dissolved. Add gelatin mixture to salmon then fold in whipped cream. Spoon into an oiled 2 cup mold and chill until set.
