2 c. water
2 tbsp. baby shampoo
2 tbsp. baby oil

Cut a roll of paper towel in half (width wise). Place paper towel 1/2 inch container. Pour mixture of liquids over paper towel. Put top on container. DO NOT use wipes until all of the liquid is absorbed by the paper towel.
