2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 c. shredded cheese
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese and onion. Pour into pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour over broccoli. Bake until knife comes clean, 25-30 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes and extra cheese. Cook 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. 6 servings.
