YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt
Hot meat drippings

Blend all ingredients, except meat drippings. Leave slightly lumpy. Best when poured into hot roast pan after roast is removed. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. You may use an extra egg if you wish more moistness or more flour if you wish it to have a bread consistency.
