HUNGARIAN NUT ROLLS 
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. softened butter (cut into flour)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cake yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3 egg yolks, beaten, mix with the milk
1 c. milk, add 2 to 3 tbsp. sour cream

Mix well. Work dough until smooth - not sticky. Let dough rest for 10 to 20 minutes. Divide into 4 balls. Roll out.

Fill rolled out dough with ground nuts, sugar and cinnamon. You can use beaten egg whites. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 cups ground nuts. Spread on rolled out dough - sprinkle with cinnamon. It can also be made without the beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
