ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. flour
2-3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6-8 chicken breast halves
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Brush bottom of pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches or sheet cake pan) with oil. Mix flour and Parmesan cheese. Coat chicken. Spread out in pan.

Bake 45 minutes. Turn chicken. Spread Prego sauce over breast halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and sauce is heated good (5-8 minutes).
