5-6 egg whites 1 qt. ice cream (your favorite!) 1 pkg. brownie mix or make from your favorite recipe 2/3 c. sugar Bake brownie mix in 9x12 inch pan. Cover oven-proof cutting board with aluminum foil. Cool brownie and then place on cutting board. Beat egg white with sugar until very, very stiff. Place ice cream on brownie base. Cover with egg white frosting. Be sure to seal all edges. Bake at 475 to 500 degrees until brown. Watch carefully, browns quickly. Remove from oven. Store in freezer until you are ready to serve. |
