1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel Fudge topping
3 crushed Heath bars
1 container Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. (Use a 9"x13" cake pan.) Poke holes over entire cake. Spread the whole can of condensed milk over the top and then the whole jar of topping. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle top with the 3 crushed Heath bars.
