GRANDMA BEA CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, cocoa and water together; bring to a boil. Pour over flour, soda, and sugar; mix together. Add buttermilk, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Bake in 11 x 17 inch greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional) (chopped pecans)

Melt butter, cocoa and buttermilk in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on cake while warm.
