STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. of all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. of sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Red food coloring (optional)

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add eggs and oil, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Blend in food coloring if desired.

Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Let stand overnight before slicing.
