STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
Reserved strawberry juice (1/2 c. for spread and any extra for bread)

SPREAD:

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. strawberry juice

Combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and soda in large bowl. Make hole in center. Combine oil, eggs, strawberries, and any extra juice; pour into hole and mix well. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Pour batter into pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup strawberry juice. Spread on slice of bread and top with another slice.
