STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello (other flavors may be desired), no water added
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 lb. carton cottage cheese, sm. curd

Put pineapple in Jello and boil about 3 minutes (juice and all). Let cool. Fold in cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
