QUICK CALZONES 
Yeast dough, enough for 1 loaf
2 c. shredded cheese
1 (9 oz.) jar sweet roasted peppers
1/4 lb. chopped ham or other meat
1 egg, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Roll dough out on floured surface to a large rectangle, 1/4 inch thick.

3. Sprinkle a layer of cheese all over top, staying 1 inch away from edges. Sprinkle layer of ham over cheese. Dot with sweet peppers.

4. Roll dough, jelly roll fashion, snugly but gently. Pull ends over roll into the middle with every turn.

5. Moisten end with water to seal tightly. Place seam side under on greased cookie sheet.

6. Brush lightly with beaten egg for golden brown finish.

7. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve sliced 3/4 inches thick.
