CRANBERRY-PINEAPPLE MOLD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sour cream

In large bowl mix gelatin and boiling water. Add lemon juice, cheese, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well with electric mixer. Chill until mixture begins to set and is rather lumpy. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Gently fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery and nuts and sour cream. Chill until set.
