MARY'S VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion 1 1/2 tsp. chopped dill weed 1/3 c. mayonnaise Dash of Beau Monde Chopped raw vegetables - celery, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower Finely shredded carrots for top color Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Press roll strip in bottom, sealing seams. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until slightly browned. cool. Mix softened cheese, mayonnaise, onion, dill weed and Beau Monde in bowl. Mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Cover with finely chopped vegetables. Press into cheese with hand. Put finely shredded carrots on top. Press in. Chill. Cut into squares. Can be made day ahead. |
