FROZEN MINT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, dry
1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows

Mix the above and refrigerate overnight.

Crush an 8 or 9-ounce package of butter mints. Add 1 (8 or 9-ounce) Cool Whip. Combine all above ingredients and freeze in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover when freezing.

Remove short time before serving. Can serve on lettuce with cherry on top. Can also freeze and serve in round bowl.
