CRUNCHY MEATLOAF 
16 oz. lean ground beef
1 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Pepper to taste

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a bowl; shape into a loaf. Place on a rack in a baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings. We also shape into hamburgers and barbeque them, delicious.
