CREAMED GREEN PEAS 
1 lb. fresh green peas
Pepper to taste
1 c. cream
1/2 c. salted boiling water
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt to taste

Simmer peas in water for 5 minutes; drain. Saute with butter and sugar until tender (5-15 minutes). Stir in seasoning and cream mixed with flour; simmer for 3 minutes. Before serving, add parsley. Serves 4.
