4 pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. dry Ranch Buttermilk Dressing
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) finely grated cheese (your choice)
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles

Combine all ingredients. Top with fresh cilantro. Garnish with pimiento and dry dill.
