PRETZEL SALAD 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) unfrozen strawberries

Mix butter, pretzels and sugar; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and add whipped topping. Pour into pretzel crust.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water in separate pan. Let cool, then add crushed pineapple and strawberries. Let set in freezer until partially set. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
