EVAN'S QUICK CHICK 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 qt. sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove skin from chicken breasts. Arrange in shallow pan. Season to taste. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread sour cream mixture over chicken breasts, covered with aluminum foil and replace in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Good with any rice dish.

NOTE: You can vary the mixture to taste by increasing or decreasing soup or sour cream.
