CHICK - RICE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. rice
3 med. chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 med. chopped onion
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. mozzarella slices
Salt & pepper

Boil rice in saucepan until done, also boil chicken. Combine rice, chicken (diced after boiled), cream of mushroom and chicken soup, diced onion. After this is mixed, layer mixture with slices of cheese and grated cheese in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
