TOMATO SOUP CAKE 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. tomato soup
1 c. nuts

ORANGE ICING:

3 oz. block cream cheese
1 tbsp. orange juice
Orange rind and powdered sugar to taste

Sift dry ingredients, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and blend well. Add dry ingredients alternately with liquid. Add raisins and nuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
