TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey, 90% fat free
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. sliced celery
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans & liquid
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin or chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Place turkey and fresh vegetables in large skillet and cook 10 minutes, stirring and separating turkey as it cooks. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, turn down and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
