TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 1/2 c. spaghetti, cooked
2 c. turkey or chicken, cooked
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. grated cheese

Heat oil and cook onion until soft. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms, chicken soup, evaporated milk, pimento and celery salt. Stir in cheeses. Put in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
