GREEK SALAD 
2 heads lettuce
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
2 lb. lg. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
6-7 tomatoes, cut in wedges
3 cucumbers, cut in cubes
1 green pepper, diced
1 can pitted black olives
1 sm. onion, diced
8 oz. feta cheese, broken into pieces

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, celery seed, paprika and mustard; shake well. Chill. Place tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, olives and onion in large salad bowl; wash lettuce and break into pieces. Add to the above ingredients in salad bowl and toss. Pour on dressing and mix. Sprinkle broken feta cheese on top. Serves 6-8.
