EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. nuts

Combine mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Blend well. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour in greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and apply frosting of your choice.
