DINNER ROLLS 
1 c. hot water
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. Rapid Rise yeast
1 c. warm water
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. bread flour

To one cup hot water, add 1 stick butter to melt; let cool. Add 1 cup sugar to 2 packages of Rapid Rise yeast that has been dissolved in 1 cup warm water. Add 2 beaten eggs and water and butter mixture. Beat in 4 cups bread flour. Then add up to 3 to 4 more cups of bread flour, one at a time. Put in green Tupperware bowl and cover. Let rise in refrigerator overnight.

Next Day: Makes two 9x13 inch pans (20 rolls each). Shape into golf-ball size balls and put into greased pans. Let rise until double, about 3-4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
