CRUNCHY OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
2 c. cornflakes

Combine first 4 ingredients, and set aside. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and cornflakes. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

Cookies will sink and flatten when they are removed from the oven.
