CHEESE POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. hot milk
4 c. cold diced cooked potatoes

Melt butter, add flour, mix until smooth. Add seasonings and milk gradually. Cook until smooth and thick. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cheese and pour over potatoes. Pour into well-greased dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
