CHEESEBURGER BAKE 
8 slices white bread
1/8 tsp. pepper
oleo
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Toast bread, sprad both sides, lightly with butter and cut each slice in 3 lengthwise pieces. In skillet, cook ground beef with onion, and celery until meat is browned. Stir in mustard, salt, and pepper. Place half the toast slices in greased 9 inch square pan. Top with half the ground beef mixture and 1/2 c. cheese. Repeat layers. Combine egg, milk and pour over layers in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
