CHEESY HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. chopped, smoked ham
3/4 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained well
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham, cheese, broccoli and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole (sprayed with Pam). Stir remaining ingredients together in separate bowl until dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls evenly over broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Yield: 4 servings.
