ITALIAN DROP COOKIES 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. lemon or almonds extract
3 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Batter should be sticky. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
