VEGETABLES 
2 c. squash
1 lg. onion
2 carrots, shredded
1 sm. jar pimento
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (or mayonnaise)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and mix with dressing. Mix other ingredients together. Put 1/2 of dressing mix on bottom of baking dish then other ingredients alternate. Top with dressing mix. Add grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
