SOFT TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Salt & pepper
3-4 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. chopped lettuce
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
12 corn tortillas
Oil
Taco sauce

Cook meat until light brown. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Drain meat and add onions, lettuce and potatoes. Simmer about 7 minutes. Heat tortillas in hot oil. Blot of excess oil and keep warm. Put about 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture in each tortilla. Add taco sauce to taste and roll.
