HOT POTATO AND BACON SALAD 
5 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
3/4 lb. cooked bacon (about 16 slices), crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c. Wishbone creamy onion dressing
3/4 c. sour cream
3 or 4 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. sliced celery

In medium bowl, mix first four ingredients. In small saucepan, combine dressing, sour cream and horseradish. Heat, stirring constantly until sauce bubbles; stir in celery. Pour hot sauce over potato mix and toss lightly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
