2 onions, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
6 potatoes, cooked in jackets & still hot, peel & cubed
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 slices crisp bacon, chopped
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. dry white wine
Salt & pepper

Place onions, shallots, potatoes and parsley in large bowl; toss and season. Add bacon and remaining ingredients; toss gently but well. Pool before serving.
