LASAGNA 
6 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. hamburger
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu with mushrooms
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
Less than 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Fry hamburger, drain grease. Add 1/2 jar of Ragu and a package of onion soup mix, oregano, salt, and tomato paste. Cook until all is mixed together. Take cottage cheese and put in bowl. Beat 2 eggs until bubbly; pour over cottage cheese. Add parsley and Parmesan cheese. Mix together real good. Lay three pieces of lasagna noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Put a layer of hamburger mix, then a layer of cottage cheese mix then a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Put another layer of lasagna noodles, hamburger, cottage cheese mix and Mozzarella cheese. Pour the rest of the jar of Ragu over the top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour or so. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Sometimes in sort of boils over so don't pack the pan too high with the mixture.
