BLACK WALNUT COOKIES 
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. melted butter

Cream together.

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix with creamed mixture.

1 c. black walnuts

Add to above mixture. You will have to complete mixing by hand, as this becomes very stiff. Knead like bread. Divide into thirds and roll into logs. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with wax paper. Cut into thin slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. I line my cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
