BLACK WALNUT COOKIES 
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream

Cream together shortening, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes.
