LUNCHEON CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Lawry's salt
Pepper

Mix and pour all into a buttered baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through and crusty on top.
