PECAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, bone in
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. BLAIR paprika
Salt & BLAIR pepper to taste1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. pecan pieces

Marinade chicken in buttermilk overnight. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika and stir well to combine. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lift chicken from marinade and coat well in flour mixture. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle pecans over all and pour melted butter over and around chicken. Bake until chicken is done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
