HONEY-PECAN CHICKEN 
2 c. Stove Top flexible serving chicken stuffing mix
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
2 tbsp. honey

Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup orange juice, water, pecans, and butter. Let stand 5 minutes.

Mound 1/2 cup stuffing on each chicken breast. Place 1 strip bacon on top of each breast. Place in greased pan or microwave-safe dish. Mix remaining 1/2 cup juice and honey; spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or microwave on high 14-16 minutes covered with paper towel; rotate dish twice. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
