2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 jars baby food (apple, plum, or banana)
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
spices or nuts (optional)

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs along with flour. Add baby food and oil, and blend well. Spices or nuts may be added if desired.

Bake in tube pan for one hour at 350°F.
