2 2/3 c. biscuit mix
5 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Bossy's Best thin cream
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Combine first 2 ingredients. Mix egg with milk and lemon flavoring. Add to dry ingredients. Mix into soft ball. Divide into 2 equal parts. Pat out into a circle about 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured board. With knife, cut each circle into 4 triangles. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve hot with Bossy's Best butter and jam.
