SPANISH CORN 
1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. browned buttered bread crumbs for topping
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Saute the onion in the butter and add rest of ingredients to a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
