SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. spinach, cleaned
1 can bean sprouts
8 slices bacon
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
Water chestnuts (opt.)
Raw mushrooms, sliced (opt.)

Thoroughly wash spinach and break into small pieces. Drain and rinse bean sprouts. Fry bacon and break into small pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, grated

Mix and chill thoroughly. Pour over salad just before serving.
