SPANISH PECANS | |
1 lb. lg. pecans 1 egg white 1 tsp. cold water 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir, coating well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add to nut mixture. Stir until well covered. Spread evenly on a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. |
